Activities & scoring
Changing a point value affects future submissions by default. Historical points remain unchanged unless you choose “Recalculate season.”
MONTHLY DRAWING
Finalize & Draw Raffle
The month ends on the calendar, but the drawing waits for you. Enter any late coach points first, then finalize the month and draw.
Once drawn, the winner and ticket snapshot are stored permanently. Later point corrections do not rerun the drawing.

Technical logging is intentionally lean. Activity history, coach audit records and raffle records are separate and are never disabled by these settings.

Diagnostic logging
Troubleshooting temporarily adds selected INFO events and automatically expires. INFO rows are retained 14 days; warnings/errors are retained 60 days.
